When should we secure our date?
To ensure we can provide our full creative focus and professional attention to detail, we recommend securing your date 12–18 months in advance, particularly for popular summer weekends across Surrey and Berkshire.
That said, if your wedding is approaching sooner, we’re always happy to discuss availability and will do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries where possible.
What is included in your floral service?
Pearl & Rose offers a full-service wedding floristry experience, designed to take care of every floral detail on your wedding day.
From personal flowers such as bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets and buttonholes, through to ceremony flowers, table centrepieces and full venue styling, everything is thoughtfully designed, delivered and professionally installed.
Our couples can relax knowing their flowers are completely taken care of, allowing them to enjoy their day without worrying about logistics or set-up.
Delivery and set-up on the day?
On your wedding day, Pearl & Rose manages all floral delivery, set-up and installation.
From early morning preparations to larger installations and final styling touches, our team ensures every floral element is in place before your celebrations begin, allowing you and your venue team to relax and enjoy the day.
Is there a minimum spend?
Every wedding we design is bespoke, and floral requirements can vary greatly depending on the size, style and level of styling involved.
We’re always happy to discuss smaller or more intimate weddings, including micro weddings, and will tailor our designs accordingly. All projects are carefully considered to ensure they receive the same level of care, quality and attention to detail Pearl & Rose is known for.
How does the design process work?
Following your initial enquiry, we’ll arrange a consultation to discuss your wedding, style and floral priorities in detail.
From there, we create a bespoke design proposal tailored to your celebration, including design direction, colour palettes and styling ideas. We remain in close contact throughout the planning process, refining details as your plans evolve to ensure everything feels cohesive and considered.
