At Pearl & Rose, delivery and installation are handled with the utmost care and precision. Our full-service approach ensures every floral element is delivered, styled and installed seamlessly, allowing you to relax and enjoy your wedding or event.
We personally deliver and install all floral designs. We do not ship flowers, as this allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality, freshness and presentation.
Our Delivery & Installation Process
Each floral design is carefully prepared and transported by our team to your venue on the day of your event.
We arrive with sufficient time to complete installation thoughtfully and professionally, ensuring every arrangement is perfectly positioned and styled. From personal flowers such as bouquets and buttonholes to ceremony installations and reception florals, every detail is handled with care.
Our calm, discreet presence ensures the installation process integrates seamlessly with your venue and schedule.
Venue Coordination & Access
In advance of your event, we liaise directly with your venue and planner to confirm access times, logistics and installation requirements.
Where required, site visits may be conducted to assess layout, installation logistics and structural considerations, ensuring a smooth and efficient set-up on the day.
We work collaboratively with all venue teams and suppliers to ensure a professional and cohesive event experience.
Large-Scale Installations
Pearl & Rose specialises in statement floral installations, including floral arches, staircase installations, suspended designs and large-scale venue styling.
Each installation is carefully planned and professionally installed to ensure both safety and aesthetic integrity.
Collection & Breakdown
Following your event, Pearl & Rose will return to carefully dismantle installations and collect any hired items, including vessels, structures and mechanics.
We ensure breakdown is conducted respectfully and efficiently, leaving your venue in accordance with its requirements.
Travel & Locations
Pearl & Rose is based in Surrey and regularly provides delivery and installation services across Surrey and Berkshire.
Travel within these areas is included within your proposal unless otherwise stated.
We are also happy to work at venues across the UK. For locations outside Surrey and Berkshire, additional travel, accommodation or logistics costs may apply. These will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
